VFR. Light winds through the night with a general S-SW flow for
ALI-CRP-VCT, with a general S-SE flow at LRD. Winds will increase
more out of the S through Thursday in response to developing
surface low pressure system across the southern high plains. Gusts
of 20-25 KTs possible, with strongest winds especially toward the
coast during the afternoon. Winds are expected to weaken a bit 
after 00Z, yet remained elevated.
