continue to develop along and ahead of a cold front moving through
the county warning area. Periods to moderate to heavy rainfall, 
gusty winds to 40 mph, and frequent lightning will be possible, 
especially in Hidalgo and Starr counties. Rainfall amounts near one
to two inches will be possible in the heaviest convection.
