At 859 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated the leading edge of an area of
rain along a line extending from Merriman to Hemingford, moving south
at 20 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Gordon, Rushville, Hay Springs, Cody, Merriman, Nenzel, Medicine
Lake, White Clay, Antioch, Clinton and Pine Ridge.

Through 11 pm...locations can expect up to one tenth of an inch of 
rainfall. Overnight, the rain will continue moving south and change 
to snow producing up to 1 inch of accumulation on the grass by 
morning. 

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 20 between mile markers 74 and 170.
 Highway 250 between mile markers 6 and 48.
 Highway 2 between mile markers 97 and 103.
 Highway 61 between mile markers 188 and 231.
