A large area of light to moderate rain will slowly diminish in 
coverage early this morning across La Salle and Webb counties. An 
additional 1/4 to 1/2 inch of rain per hour will be possible with 
the heaviest rainfall. Motorists early this morning should keep an
eye out for water covering portions of area roadways. A rumble or
two of thunder may also occur.
