...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR NORTHWESTERN LAMPASAS AND
SOUTHEASTERN MILLS COUNTIES UNTIL 600 PM CDT...

At 512 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southwest of Goldthwaite, or 14 miles north of San Saba, moving
east at 10 mph.

Half inch size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible 
with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Goldthwaite,  Scallorn, Star and Highway 190 near the San 
Saba-Lampasas county line. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead 
to very minor flooding across low-lying and poor drainage areas. Do 
not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Seek
a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
