...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN SAGINAW AND
NORTHWESTERN GENESEE COUNTIES...

At 800 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Montrose, or
near New Lothrop, moving northeast at 20 mph.

Wind gusts near 40 mph and heavy downpours are likely with this 
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Frankenmuth, Clio, Birch Run, Montrose, Bridgeport, Arthur, Burt,
Fosters, Gera and Layton Corners.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring and may cause localized 
flooding and ponding of water on area roads. Do not drive your 
vehicle through flooded roadways.
