.DISCUSSION...

Low pressure off the California coast will begin to drift east-
northeast Friday. The proximity of this low pressure will increase
instability near the fire. This will lead to another round of 
showers and thunderstorms by Friday afternoon and evening. These 
storms may produce gusty outflow winds, hail, and heavy rains. 
Thunderstorm chances begin to decrease over the weekend as the low 
drifts back to the southwest. Thunderstorms chances increase again 
by the middle of next week.

Sky/Weather.........Partly cloudy. Haze. Becoming mostly cloudy with
                    scattered showers and thunderstorms after 1300.

RH..................Min 32-37%. 
20-Foot Winds.......Upslope 3-7 mph...except south to southwest 6-10 mph 
                    with gusts up to 17 mph near the ridges. Gusty  
                    winds expected near thunderstorms.
