EXPIRE AT 400 AM CDT...

While an additional one to two inches of rainfall is possible 
through the morning hours, the highest rainfall rates have come to 
an end and the flash flooding threat is expected to improve. As a 
result...the flash flood warning has been replaced with a flood 
warning that is in effect through 1 PM CDT. Please continue to 
exercise caution when traveling across Nance county this morning and 
heed any remaining road closures.
