At 456 PM CDT/356 PM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms 
from 11 miles south of Nenzel to near Lisco, moving south at 20 mph. 
Other thunderstorms were underway between Mullen and Hyannis, also 
moving south at 20 mph.

Through 7 pm CDT, 6 pm MDT...the thunderstorms will move south and 
affect areas north of Interstate 80. 1/4 to 1 inch of rainfall is 
expected with the storms.

A few strong or severe storms are possible producing strong or 
damaging winds, large hail, locally heavy rainfall and frequent 
lightning.

Locations impacted include...
Chappell, Oshkosh, Mullen, Big Springs, Thedford, Arthur, Brule,
Ellsworth, Lewellen, Hyannis, Kilgore, Seneca, Nenzel, Lisco,
Medicine Lake, Whitman, Brownlee, Merritt Reservoir, Barton and
Ashby.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 20 between mile markers 167 and 179.
 Highway 250 between mile markers 1 and 8.
 Highway 2 between mile markers 103 and 209.
 Highway 61 between mile markers 99 and 200.
 Highway 92 between mile markers 115 and 190.
 Highway 97 between mile markers 43 and 126.
 Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 78 and 115.
 Highway 83 between mile markers 151 and 173.
