This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Scattered storms will be possible this evening over parts of south 
central and especially southeast Kansas. Isolated strong storms with 
winds of 50 to 60 mph, along with locally heavy rain, are possible.

Heat indices will be near 100 early this evening, roughly south of a 
line from Chanute to Howard to Winfield. 

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

There will be small chances for storms from Saturday night through 
Wednesday, generally along and west of Highway 14. Most of the area 
most of this time will remain dry. The threat of strong or severe 
storms appears to be low at this time.
