...THE SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM MDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN FREMONT COUNTY...

At 552 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated light rain across the Texas 
Creek area. This continue to lead to small stream flooding in the 
advisory area. Radar estimates of 2 to 4 inches of rain have fallen. 
Those on Highway 50 near Texas Creek may encounter rock and debris 
flows across the highway.  

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Cotopaxi and Texas Creek. 

This includes the following streams and drainages...Carrol Creek...
Arkansas River...Copper Gulch...Short Creek...Monument Creek...Oak
Creek...Texas Creek...Tallahassee Creek...Bernard Creek...Sandy Creek
and Stout Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
