* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern San Patricio County in south central Texas...

* Until 215 PM CDT

* At 1108 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause 
  urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Ponding of 
  water on roadways and minor flodding in low-lying areas is likely.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Port Aransas, Ingleside, Aransas Pass and Ingleside On The Bay. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
