NORTHWESTERN MASON COUNTIES...

At 1148 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Rutland,
moving northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated. 

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. 

Locations impacted include...
Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Rutland, Middleport, Vinton, Wilkesville,
Cheshire, Adamsville, Lakin, Dyesville, Salem Center, Dexter, Kyger
and Carpenter.
