At 1149 AM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles north of Headquarters, or 29 miles northeast of Orofino, moving
northeast at 50 mph.

Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.
