.DISCUSSION...
Earlier batch of low clouds has scattered out across much of the
area...but still seeing some stratus along both the western and
eastern fringes of the forecast area. Moisture is quite shallow
per OUN sounding...so expect this cloud cover to eventually mix
out during the afternoon. Could push wind advisory criteria across
northeast OK...but no headline planned at this time.
