VFR conditions will continue through the afternoon and evening 
with a mostly clear sky. Clouds will then increase ahead of an 
upper-level storm system over the Central Plains overnight. 
Accompanying these clouds will be a few scattered VCSH late in the
period at each terminal. At this time, do not have enough 
confidence to go higher than that based on uncertainties in 
coverage and timing.
