the Victoria Crossroads early this morning. General visibilities 
will range from 2 to 5 miles. However, lower visibilities may 
possible at times especially over interior portions of Baffin,
Corpus Christi, and Nueces Bays. Motorists should use caution 
and low beam headlights when driving in areas of reduced 
visibility.
