  Southeastern San Luis Obispo County in southwestern California...
  Santa Barbara County in southwestern California...

* Until 1030 AM PST

* At 723 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  moderate to isolated heavy rain that will likely cause urban and
  small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas could also
  result in minor flooding in the advisory area. Beware of falling
  rocks and boulders if driving through canyons due to the
  persistent rain over the last several days. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
