* At 324 PM CST...National Weather Service meteorologists were
  tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles
  northeast of Latham to 6 miles southwest of Cedar Vale...and moving
  northeast at 35 mph.

wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with these storms.

* Locations impacted include...
  Eureka, Sedan, Howard, Cedar Vale, Moline, Longton, Severy,
  Grenola, Fall River, Elk Falls, Climax, Virgil, Fall River State
  Park, Fall River Lake, Eureka Airport, Piedmont and Eureka City
  Lake.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 500 PM CST for
