clouds in the region will be confined to immediate coastal
locations /and offshore/ with only some passing CI xpctd over main
aerodromes. Weak moisture advection overnight may lead to patchy
BR across KVCT/KALI and have upper end MVFR VSBYs in TAFs for
around sunrise. Any reduction in VSBYs should improve by mid mrng
with sct Cu field dvlpng by late mrng at KCRP. Weak ESErly sfc
winds this aftn across the region.
