* At  8:45 AM Sunday the stage was 90.0 feet...or 2.0 feet above 
  Flood Stage.
* Flood Stage is 88.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...continue falling and go below Flood Stage Monday 
  morning.
* Impact...At 90.0 feet...Water covers the north half of Tourist 
  Park.
