.DISCUSSION...Satellite derived imagery and area RAOBs indicate
drier air aloft is gradually spreading north across S and Deep S
TX this morning. Result should much drier conditions than
yesterday across the region. Only change made to inherited
forecast was to increase marine and coastal wind speeds slightly
for this afternoon and early evening...and to remove wording of
morning precip.
