Mostly cloudy skies covered the state this morning with temperatures
mainly in the upper 60s to lower 70s. Scattered showers and
thunderstorms already developing across western PA will become more
widespread through the day, as a cold front crosses the commonwealth
from the west.

Skies will begin to clear later today across western Pennsylvania,
with high temperatures ranging from the cool low 70s in the
northwest mountains and the Laurel Highlands to the upper 80s in the
immediate Philadelphia area.

The early part of next week will feature sunshine, cooler
temperatures, and lower humidity as high pressure builds overhead.
