Skies were mostly cloudy across the area this evening. Scattered
showers and sprinkles pushed across the area, but most of the
evening hours were dry. It was cooler compared to yesterday, with
temperatures at 8 PM ranging from the middle 50s across north
central Wisconsin to the upper 60s to around 70 degrees in the Fox
Valley.

The passage of an upper-level trough of low pressure will keep
some showers or sprinkles across the area through late evening,
with dry conditions expected by around midnight for the entire
area. Mostly cloudy skies this evening will give way to clearing
skies in the late evening and overnight.

An area of high pressure will then build into Wisconsin Tuesday
and Wednesday, bringing a period of pleasant summer weather with
plenty of sunshine and comfortable temperatures and humidity
levels. The next chance for showers and storms arrives on
Thursday.
