WINDS WERE GENERALLY LIGHT AROUND 5 MPH AND OUT OF THE NORTH TO NORTHWEST. EARLY MORNING TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM AROUND ZERO IN PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST IOWA TO AROUND 20 ACROSS THE WEST. CLOUDS WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE AREA TODAY...WITH A WEAK UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE DROPPING THROUGH IOWA. THIS WILL BRING A CHANCE FOR SOME LIGHT SNOW TO MUCH OF WESTERN AND SOUTHERN IOWA THROUGH THE DAY. ANY ACCUMULATIONS OF SNOW SHOULD BE AROUND AN INCH OR LESS. ANOTHER WEAK DISTURBANCE WILL BRING A CHANCE OF LIGHT SNOW TO THE ENTIRE STATE MAINLY THURSDAY NIGHT.
