Do not drive vehicles through flooded waterways.  Use caution when 
walking near flooded riverbanks.  Do not try to wade or swim in 
flooded rivers and bayous.

The flood warning continues for
  the Big Cypress Bayou At Caddo Lake.
* from late Monday night until further notice...or until the warning 
  is cancelled.
* At  8:00 AM Friday The stage was 171.2 feet. 
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 172.0 feet. 
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by early Tuesday morning and 
  continue to rise to near 173.2 feet BY Wednesday evening. 
  Additional rises remain possible thereafter.
* Impact...at 173.0 feet...Several secondary access roads will become 
  flooded and travel will be difficult especially in and around 
  Uncertain Texas.
