Temperatures across the area at 11 a.m., ranged from 37 degrees at Galesburg, to 52 degrees at Flora. High pressure will provide mild and dry conditions across the Midwest through tomorrow, before a slow-moving storm system approaches from the west for late-week. Rain showers will develop ahead of the advancing system across Iowa and Missouri late on Wednesday, then will spread across the remainder of the region on Thanksgiving Day. After that, rain will continue into Friday before gradually settling southward into the Ohio River Valley by Saturday. High temperatures today, will range from the upper 30s across snow covered areas of Iowa and Wisconsin, to the middle 60s across central Missouri. Overnight low temperatures, will range from near 30 degrees across northern Iowa and Wisconsin, to near 40 degrees across the Missouri bootheel. $$ JRP
