Temperatures around the area at 9 p.m., were in the mid 40s to low 50s, ranging from 45 degrees at Lacon and Champaign, to 52 degrees at Mount Carmel. Another windy day is expected across the Midwest on Tuesday, due to a strong area of low pressure located just north of the Great Lakes. this may also produce some light showers over Wisconsin, and a fast moving disturbance will also produce scattered showers by afternoon from southern Missouri to the Ohio Valley. While Tuesday should be somewhat milder across the region, much of the week will remain on the cooler side. Low temperatures overnight across the Midwest will mainly be in the mid 30s to lower 40s. Highs on Tuesday will range from the 40s across Wisconsin, to the upper 60s across southeast Missouri and Kentucky. $$ EJL
