Conditions will be favorable for aviation operation through Tuesday. && .HYDROLOGY...Warmer temperatures will accelerate the melting of a substantial mountain snow pack currently sitting at 140 to 200 percent of normal for this time of year. Small streams and creeks will be the first to experience significant rises in water levels (Wednesday and Thursday), while larger (main stem) rivers will see rises in levels Friday and Saturday.
