...The National Weather Service in Topeka, KS has issued a flood 
warning for the following streams in Kansas...

  Lyon Creek above Woodbine affecting Geary County

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety Message...Do not drive into flooded areas. Shallow flowing 
water can wash a car from the roadway. Also, the roadbed may be 
washed out under the water.

The National Weather Service in Topeka, KS has issued a 

* Flood warning for 
  The Lyon Creek above Woodbine.
* until Saturday evening.
* At  8:40 PM Thursday the stage was 19.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 25.5 feet by 
  Friday morning. The river will fall below flood stage early 
  Saturday morning.

Lyon Creek near Junction City is also rising near flood stage.
