Subject: Late Release of July 2013 ENSO Diagnostics Discussion
         July 5 2013
 
The July 2013 edition of the monthly ENSO diagnostics discussion 
will be released one day later than previously scheduled, July 5, 
not July 4 due to the holiday. This is a one-time change and will 
only affect the release date for the July 2013 discussion.
