CONDITIONS FROM THE PERMIAN BASIN TO THE FAR SOUTHWEST MOUNTAINS RANGED FROM CLOUDY AND 24 DEGREES AT SAN ANGELO TO CLEAR AND 16 DEGREES AT GUADALUPE PASS. WINDS WERE OUT OF THE NORTH AND NORTHEAST WITH SPEEDS AVERAGING 10 MPH. THE ONLY EXCEPTION WAS GUADALUPE PASS WHICH REPORTED A SUSTAINED NORTHEAST WIND OF 41 MPH. HIGH PRESSURE WILL PROVIDE FRIGID TEMPERATURES TONIGHT AND INTO THURSDAY ACROSS ALL OF THE REGION. WEST TEXAS/OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE FORECAST SUMMARY... IT WILL BE VERY COLD TONIGHT WITH MOST OF THE REGION FROM SINGLE DIGITS BELOW ZERO TO THE TEENS. OTHERWISE PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES CAN BE EXPECTED THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY WITH A WARMING TREND THROUGH THE PERIOD. HIGHS IN THE 20S AND 30S THURSDAY WILL WARM INTO UPPER 40S TO UPPER 60S ON SATURDAY.
