TEMPERATURES AT 400 PM WERE PRIMARILY IN THE 90S...WITH A FEW TRIPLE DIGITS ACROSS THE TRANS PECOS. TEMPERATURE EXTREMES WERE 103 DEGREES AT WINK AND 90 DEGREES AT PLAINVIEW. WINDS WERE SOUTHEAST TO SOUTHWEST AT 10 TO 20 MPH. WEST TEXAS/OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE FORECAST SUMMARY... MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES TONIGHT...WITH LOWS FROM THE UPPER 50S NORTH AND MOUNTAINS TO THE LOWER 70S SOUTH AND EAST. SKIES WILL BE CLEAR TO PARTLY CLOUDY SUNDAY THROUGH TUESDAY. THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS MUCH OF THE PANHANDLES...SOUTH PLAINS AND ROLLING PLAINS DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING BOTH SUNDAY AND MONDAY.
