A WEAK UPPER LEVEL LOW TO THE NORTHEAST AND VORT MAX WITH THE VORT LOBE EXTENDING TO THE COAST WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR AN INCREASE IN THE MARINE LAYER AND THE ONSHORE FLOW...BRINGING LOW CLOUDS FARTHER INLAND. THE MARINE LAYER IS EXPECTED TO DECREASE TONIGHT. TEMPS IN THE COASTAL AND INLAND AREAS ARE EXPECTED TO BE A FEW DEGREES HIGHER SAT AS A HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE MOVES OVER THE STATE WITH LITTLE CHANGE ELSEWHERE.
