A MIXTURE OF FREEZING RAIN...FREEZING DRIZZLE...AND SLEET WAS HANGING ON ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI AND WILL CAUSE SIGNIFICANT ICE ACCUMULATIONS THIS MORNING. THESE AREAS WILL GRADUALLY CHANGEOVER TO SNOW BEFORE NOON AS COLDER AIR WORKS IN FROM THE NORTH AND THE PRECIPITATION INTENSIFIES.
