SYNOPTIC DISCUSSION...                       
High pressure over northwest Mexico will build northward today, 
bringing warmer temperatures to the region today and Monday,
with continued low humidities.  A trough will develop over the
state beginning Tuesday, for cooler weather Tuesday through
Friday.  Humidities will continue low through the coming week.


Note: All winds are 20-FOOT WINDS unless specified otherwise
       THUNDERSTORMS imply STRONG, GUSTY and ERRATIC winds.
