SYNOPTIC DISCUSSION...
A weak pacific trough will bring gusty winds to the area through today. A weak ridge of high
pressure will bring lighter winds Thursday and Friday. There will be little change in temperature
and humidity through Friday with warm and dry conditions continuing. Another pacific trough
will bring a little cooler temperatures and a little higher humidities this weekend with gusty 
winds.

Note: All winds are 20-FOOT WINDS unless specified otherwise
      THUNDERSTORMS imply STRONG, GUSTY and ERRATIC winds.
