MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES WERE NOTED AT MOST LOCALS WITH SOME CLOUDS FORMING OVER THE NORTHERN AND EXTEME WESTERN MOUNTAINS. RADAR SHOWS NO ECHOS AS OF 10AM. BEST MOISTURE AXIS IS NOTED OVER CENTRAL AZ. GOOD INSOLATION AND ENOUGH MOISTURE TO PRODUCE CLOUDS AND EVENTUAL CONVECTION AROUND NOON OVER THE MOUNTAINS WITH AN INCREASE OF TSTMS THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. POPS LOOK A BIT HIGH OVER THE NW AND NORTHERN MOUNTAINS AND WILL CUT BACK A CATEGORY. WILL ALSO TWEAK TEMPS UPWARD WITH PLENTY OF HEATING TO TAKE PLACE BEFORE SKIES BECOMING MOSTLY CLOUDY.
