MORNING ANALYSIS SUPPORTS BEST CHANCE OF RAIN IN THE SOUTH THIS AFTERNOON AS COLDER MID LEVEL TEMPS ARE IN THAT AREA AND WEAK UPPER LOW MAY BE IN THAT AREA. SATELLITE SHOWS POSSIBLE BOUNDARY ACROSS THE NORTHWEST AND SURFACE ANALYSIS SHOWS A WEAK TROF IN THAT AREA, SO BUMPED POPS TO 30 PERCENT IN THE NORTHWEST. GRADIENT IS VERY LIGHT AND MOST STATIONS HAD CALM WINDS OR LIGHT AND VARIABLE AT 15Z, SO WENT TO LIGHT AND VARIABLE WINDS IN ALL ZONES FOR THIS AFTERNOON. .LIT...NONE
