THIS WEATHER PATTERN WILL PRODUCE DRY AND BREEZY CONDITIONS WITH ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES. DISCUSSION... RIDGE WILL CONTINUE OVER THE AREA IN THE SHORT TERM. HOWEVER EXPECT A GRADUAL INCREASE IN HIGH LEVEL MOISTURE ACROSS THE FAR SRN ZONES DURING THE DAY THU. THIS MOISTURE WILL BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE CLOSED UPPER LOW OFF THE BAJA CA COAST. INCIDENTALLY...BASED ON SATELLITE IMAGERY IT APPEARED THAT THE AVN AND NGM HAD THE BEST INITIALIZATION OF THIS FEATURE...SHOWING THE DOUBLE BARRELED LOW STRUCTURE. HOWEVER BOTH THE AVN AND NGM SEEMED TO HAVE UNDERESTIMATED THE STRENGTH OF THE SOUTHERNMOST LOW CENTER. MEANWHILE...WEAK N-S GRADIENT WILL CONTINUE TO RESULT IN LOCAL N BREEZES...MAINLY DURING THE MORNING HOURS. CURRENT FORECAST LOOKS FINE...NO UPDATES PLANNED. .LAS...NONE.
