DISCUSSION: A Low pressure area will move onshore near North Bend
late today...then move northeast across the district. On Saturday...
the main low pressure center over the northeast Pacific will finally
swing inland to the south of the district. High pressure will build
to late Sunday...then High pressure will develop over the northern
Rockies with offshore easterly winds developing Monday and Tuesday.
The main precipitation track will shift south to California by Monday
afternoon.
