...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY HAS EXPIRED...

Brisk northwest winds will still produce areas of minor blowing
snow in rural and open areas early this evening, but conditions
should gradually improve as winds slowly diminish. Thus the Winter
Weather Advisory has been allowed to expire. Many roads remain
partially covered in snow or ice however from previous
precipitation, so caution is still advised with travel overnight.
