...Summary...
A brief EF0 tornado was documented from along Bowman Rd to along 
Baker Rd. A concentrated swath of tree damage was identified along
its path, with considerable snapping of hardwood limbs and 
several hardwood trunks. Damage appears to have ceased before the 
storm crossed Rt 417. Witnesses reported observing a funnel cloud 
at the time of the damage. The time of the tornado was estimated 
pending additional information.

...Summary...
The National Weather Service will be evaluating damage reported on
the west side of Dover OH resulting from a thunderstorm on Sunday
afternoon to assess whether it was caused by a tornado or non-
tornadic thunderstorm wind. Additional information will be 
forthcoming after the storm damage survey is completed.

EF Scale: The Enhanced Fujita Scale classifies tornadoes into the
following categories:

EF0...Weak......65 to 85 mph
EF1...Weak......86 to 110 mph
EF2...Strong....111 to 135 mph
EF3...Strong....136 to 165 mph
