SURVEY_SUMMARY: THE TORNADO FORMED JUST TO THE WEST OF HIGHWAY 384 
AND TOUCHED DOWN AT THE INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY 384 AND OGEA RD.  THE
TORNADO MOVED TO THE EAST NORTH EAST AND SNAPPED A FEW TREE BRANCHES 
ONE OF WHICH WAS ONE FOOT THICK.  IT UPROOTED A TREE ON OGEA RD NEAR 
SANCESS RD AND PRODUCED MINOR DAMAGE TO A DECK OF ONE HOME.  THE 
TORNADO COLLAPSED TWO SHEDS ON OGEA RD.

TORNADOES INTO THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES.
