...Summary...
The National Weather Service in State College PA has confirmed a
tornado near Richvale in Huntingdon County Pennsylvania on April
19 2019.

The tornado touched down approximately 1.5 miles southwest of 
Richvale along Shade Valley Road and progressed northeastward up 
the valley.

Along the path of the tornado, there were trees snapped or uprooted, 
and there was sporadic damage to barns and the roofs of homes. The 
most significant damage, which was at the high end of an EF1 rating, 
occurred just north of the intersection of Shade Valley Road and Zion 
Road, where a barn was destroyed and numerous pine trees were snapped 
or uprooted.

The tornado tore the roof off of a church shortly before lifting 
just south of the intersection of Shade Valley Road and Allison Road.
