.SUMMARY...
A STORM SURVEY WAS CONDUCTED BY TRAINED EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT 
PERSONNEL.  AN EF0 TORNADO BRIEFLY TOUCHED DOWN JUST EAST OF THE 
INTERSECTION OF STATE ROUTE 635 AND TOWNSHIP ROAD 36.  THIS LOCATION 
IS APPROXIMATELY ONE MILE SOUTHEAST OF KANSAS.  A MOBILE HOME LOST 
IT'S ROOF AND A NEARBY BARN ALSO SUSTAINED ROOF DAMAGE. MANY TREES 
WERE TOPPLED AND SOME CORN WAS BLOWN DOWN IN A FIELD.  THE DAMAGE 
PATH WAS NO MORE THAN 15 YARDS IN WIDTH AND NO MORE THAN 100 YARDS 
IN LENGTH.  THIS TORNADO HAD WIND SPEEDS OF AROUND 75 MPH MAKING IT 
AN EF0 ON THE ENHANCED FUJITA SCALE.
