            TOWN WERE AREADY ABOVE MINOR FLOOD STAGE DUE TO PREVIOUS 
            HEAVY RAINFALL IN THE AREA... WHICH MEANT THAT STORM 
            SEWER FLAP GATES WERE CLOSED AND PUMPING STATIONS WERE 
            LIKELY OVERWHELMED BY THE HIGH LOCAL RUNOFF RATES.

            FROM ABOUT A MILE WEST OF THE AIRPORT TO THE INTERSTATE 
            94 EXIT ABOUT 2 MILES NORTH OF TOWN BY 2230 PM CDT. THE 
            TORNADO CONTINUED TO AROUND 4 MILES NE OF TOWN BY 2338 PM
            CDT. THE TORNADO WAS LIKELY WRAPPED IN HEAVY RAIN DURING 
            PORTIONS OF THIS TRACK. ONE LIVESTOCK LOAFING SHED WAS 
            LIFTED AND COLLAPSED AND SEVERAL TREES WERE KNOCKED DOWN.
            MAXIMUM WIDTH ESTIMATED TO 100 YARDS AND PEAK WINDS 
            ESTIMATED TO 80 MPH.
