* Until Friday afternoon.
* At  3:45 AM Thursday the stage was 90.1 feet, or 2.1 feet above 
  Flood Stage.
* Flood Stage is 88.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...continue falling and go below Flood Stage Friday 
  afternoon.
* Impact...At 90.0 feet, Water covers the north half of Tourist Park.
