A few strong to severe storms with damaging wind gusts, large hail, and locally heavy rainfall are possible Thursday afternoon into early Friday mainly over northern Iowa. Locally heavy rainfall will remain possible Friday into the weekend over central Iowa with more uncertainty with regards to any severe weather threat.
