Wind chill values of 10 to 20 below zero are forecast tonight. 

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Very cold wind chills can be expected each night through Tuesday
night. The coldest night will be Monday night with wind chill 
values potentially reaching 35 below zero in some areas. 

Snow with some blowing snow is possible Sunday and Sunday night.
